We respect your right to manage your personal data. If you no longer wish to use the CCA 2025 Annual Conference app, you may request to have your account and associated data deleted.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account:

Email us at: [email protected] with the subject line: Account Deletion Request – CCA 2025 Annual Conference App

Please include:

• The email address associated with your account
• Your first and last name
• (Optional) A brief reason for deletion, to help us improve

We will confirm your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 14 days, unless legal obligations require otherwise.

What Happens to Your Data

Upon confirming your deletion request, we will delete:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Any account or profile data
• Your scan history and event interactions (if applicable)
• Your completed surveys

Your email address, first and last name, and amount of continuing education credits obtained via the surveys may be retained temporarily for:

• Security and fraud prevention (up to 30 days)
• Legal compliance, including tax or regulatory records (retained only as required)
• To send you your CEU certificate reflecting your educational hours completed at the conference

We do not retain your personal information for marketing after account deletion.
